Volunteer Finds Dog With Swollen Head, Rushes Him To Safety For A Second Chance

In Bakersfield, California, a volunteer with R.A.D. Rescue was driving along a quiet road when she noticed a pit bull digging through trash. His face looked unusually puffy — almost cute in a way — but something about it felt off. She pulled over for a closer look and her heart sank.
